Empowering Families and Changing Patterns

Coaching that empowers families, fostering confidence, connection, and family-value-driven strategies and skills to collaboratively achieve parenting goals. We work together to explore parenting values and patterns, mindfully adapting unhelpful generational patterns, building new strategies aligned with family values and unique needs, establishing consistency in co-parenting relationships, and supporting a renewed sense of agency and confidence in balancing the conflicting demands of multiple parental roles.

I primarily collaborate with families needing support in changing their own complex trauma-led patterns, supporting children with mental, behavioral, medical, or trauma needs, and navigating the confident enactment of the identity and values they strive to embody within their family. With extensive experience and training in fertility, pregnancy and perinatal care, child development, child and family mental and behavioral health, and complex trauma, I provide support to all parents, caretakers, and perinatal individuals at any stage of their parenting journey.

Coaching is tailored to the unique needs of the family and can be adapted into short-term sessions (3-6 sessions) or long-term coaching (6-12 months). Sessions can be conducted individually, with couples, or for blended families with several amicable co-parents.

How we see ourselves, how we react internally and externally, and how we interact with others (friends, partner, child) are all linked to our past positive and adverse experiences.
